How to transfer contacts, photos and videos from Orange Sanza 2 to Vivo Y31 (v2036)
Transfer contacts, photos and videos from your Orange Sanza 2 to the cloud server
We used PhoneCopy.com service for this guideline. Using it, your can backup your contacts from your Orange Sanza 2 easily. The whole backup, including the settings, can be done in several minutes.
This guideline also works for similar devices like Orange Neva Link, Orange Sanza, Orange Sanza XL, Orange W6 3G, Orange W6 4G.Download the PhoneCopy application from Kaios Store directly to your phone. Enter your email address. If you do not have a PhoneCopy account yet, you will be asked to create it by filling in "Registration" and then press "Sign up".
If you already have a PhoneCopy account, fill in your password. To export your contacts, press "Synchronize". Then select synchronization direction between three options: From your DEVICE to server, From SERVER to your device or Combine both. If you are not sure, use Combine both.
Select "contacts" and/or "photos" and press Synchronize. At the end of synchronization you will see status of synchronized items. In the Settings, you can set "auto sync daily".
And now it's time to transfer data to your Vivo Y31 (v2036)
Log in to your existing account where you stored your data from the old phone.
When you confirm access to contacts you can set which "contacts databases" you want to backup.
If you also want to back up your SMS, enable access to the SMS in the next step.
After enabling media access, you can set up media backup (photos and videos).

Now you can easily edit your contacts and other resources online in your PhoneCopy profile. You have access to your contact even if you forget your phone at home.
Some additional tips:
On your online account, you will see full history of your contacts, as well as the data that you've deleted in between the synchronizations. You can find them in an archive from where you can restore them. And if this is still not enough of a backup for you, you can download a CSV file, that you can store in your computer.
